Define "speak".
If you mean it as: "I know the grammar rules," then English and Volapük.
If you mean, "I can fluently speak it," that's just English.
If you mean, "I can speak a small portion of it," that would be English, Spanish (even though I used to be semi-fluent in it at one point), German, and Volapük.

Interesting. Personally, I occasionally come up with new terms for random English words in my head, which I usually laugh about with myself. For example, "Food" in my-speak, is "Bujabuja".
Bulgarian (native), English, German, Spanish and I also understand Russian.
I can't write in Russian, but I can speak it and whoever I'm talking to will have a rough idea what I mean.
I also understand and can kinda speak Serbian, since it's close to Bulgarian, but again - can't write.
I used to speak French but not anymore, I lost the motivation to speak it.
Proficiently 2, enough to get by 3, and a bunch of random sentences in at least 5.

Gypsy workers that brought my dad firewood asked me to teach them to curse in German, I said only if they taught me to curse in gypsy.
