How many monitors do you use for your personal computer?
Just wondering since I'm looking into buying a new monitor for my computer, Just putting together a small survey so I can get an idea of who uses more than one monitor for their computer.
If you use more than one monitor, feel free to post why you use more than one monitor.

I use two, and I find it easier to write papers or edit stuff with the internet on the left and the project on the right. But I have no problem with using one.
I don't get why anyone needs more than one, what programs are they using that you can't access them all on the one screen? Right now I have this site/yahoo/abc radio/solitaire all open and I could have umpteen more if I wanted to. Oh also two word documents I'm working on sporadically.
It's funny this question came up today because I'd never heard of this idea til yesterday, when I briefly met a woman who complained she couldn't do the research for her Masters without 4 monitors, to which my response was WTF? She got shitty and sd she & her husband are "experts" and build their own computers, but couldn't explain why she needed more than one screen going at a time.
I just don't get it
I could use a second one at work, however at home I am never doing enough online activities to warrant the use of two.
Just one 22". This recent black friday I -almost- bought a second one because my friend suggested I should. But then I realized I couldn't think of anything I did where I would need the extra horizontal space. Plus I dont have a multitasking brain :(
