How many notifications do you typically recieve in one day? If you tend to get private messages as well, then include that as a notification.

Depends on how many posts I comment on, as well as how controversial those posts are :P
Nowadays I am lucky if I get one or two.
There were times when I woke up in the morning and I had over 20 notifications.
Anywhere from 1-10. It depends on if I made a post, messaged somebody, or the amount of comments I made.
Well I'm not as active in this place cause it's too Libtarded for me personally.
I would say half of all my posts get a response. So if I post twice I get 1 response on average.
Lately that's about 1-3 notifications a week.
I used to get several notifications the earlier days I joined this site. I comments like mad on about every posts. Perhaps, that was why. I-am-not-a-bitch here, I-am-not-a-bitch there. Now, I lack motivation to do so. Perhaps, bringing and sharing love together with experience through comments are not as simple as I imagine it would be.
I may get one or a few if I've commented quite a bit. The moderation process change really affected the longevity of comments. So, anymore, you have to comment way more than it's worth to get any attention out of it...
Even creating stories or polls may only get a few replies or votes.
Currently none. There was a time when I'd get about 20. I'm not here so much anymore and no one loves me :'(
