    I always shit right when I wake up and right after I eat dinner. Any other time of day I feel constipated. I also had diharrea for 2 years but recently my bowel movements have been perfect looking.

    i always get defecate and decapitate mixed up . Sargent told me to take him out back and and defecate him and i blew his head off. we decided he was trying to escape.
