    Is there a once a month type of answer?

    My sex drive is more like a snakes appetite. Bouts of extreme excess followed by long periods of isolation. Having a partner funnily enough made me realize how little I care for sex. Dont get me wrong It's fun, I don't describe myself as asexual. But 1 time a week is a lot. I'm stressed and I rather just chill and watch a movie.

      I'm the same.. I have little to no sex drive and I dont go seeking it (or want it) either
      So thus my curiosity to ask the question "what is normal"

        As normal as you want it. My partner would want it daily, (long lineage of sex addicts) but my lack of sexual output has refined it. More quality rather than quantity.

    Define "having sex". Are you including masterbation or just intercourse?

    Depends on your age and health. Assuming good health,

    aged 18 to 21 = 7+
    aged 21 to 30 = 5-6
    aged 30 to 50 = 3-4
    aged 50 to 70 = 1-2
    aged 70 and above = 0

      I don’t fit into that chart. My girlfriend and I have sex at least 5 times a week, sometimes more and we’re almost 59.
