How normal is it to not recover from an accident

I was in a motorcycle accident 14 years ago and damaged my bladder muscles and have had urinary leakage since. It has gotten progressively worse over time and I can not seem to get my control back.

    healing is guaranteed, recovery is never complete. i fell on my tail bone in 1967. i spent 2016 in bed and 3 months of 2018. im walking again. nerve damage is unpredictable.

    I’ve been to three different urologists and have tried excercises, meds, and many different types of supplies to help deal with this. I’ve been told I could try a sling which involves surgery but is not guaranteed. Just wondering if anyone else has problems like this and how you’ve dealt with it.

    See a urologist and there are also exercises you can do to help that.
