Lately I've been getting accused of doing things I have no recollection whatsoever of. It scares me because I wonder what all I am doing that I don't recall or have any control of. Has this happened to you?

Apparently I'm doing things in my sleep because that's usually when it happens, I guess-what all happens at any given time, I guess I can't really say for sure, I don't remember it-so, to me it didn't happen. For example, my mom said I called her at 5 AM and had a conversation with her. I had NO clue I did this. But I did. Sometimes when I wake up I have to sit there a long while and try to figure out why my biceps hurt like I've been lifting weights, or where my pants went, and stuff. I check my phone all the time to see if I called anyone, or if anyone called me.
yeah its a scary experience because you know you didn't do it at first then you start second guessing yourself like "did I really do that? am i going crazy and don't remember doing things?" I think its usually others memories are wrong or foggy not mine because you usually know everything you personally did. ya know what I mean?
Yeah, people have told me I've said and done things I don't recall. I think I have a pretty good memory and I've never been drunk or high, so they're probably just lying to me.
Sometimes when I am very busy and I forget to clean up after myself, I get accused of leaving a mess.
