How often do you seek revenge?

Never. Revenge is ultimately wrong and solves nothing. Though I do have some slightly deranged, murderous thoughts afterwards. Naturally.

Never. It's like sticking your hand in thorns to get at something. You may get what you want but now the hand is trapped and it's gonna hurt to rip it out.

It depends. If it's something small and forgetable then I won't think twice about it, but if it's something that will stay with me for some time then they should be punished.

If you are seeking revenge then you have already lost.

You are like a cop in pursuit of a criminal, engaged in a dangerous chase, when victory would have been to have apprehended the suspect on the scene, or to have prevented the crime in the first place.

One should really reflect in this manner when choosing the path of revenge.

Revenge is not smart. it can only end up biting u in the butt in the long run.

i stew over it for awhile then move on, revenge is not an option for me plus i dont hold grudges it takes too much effort

I never get revenge. I take everything out on myself internally. I wanted revenge once in my life, but the revenge I wanted would have cost me more of my life than the original thing already did. It wasn't worth it.

I almost never get angry, but when someone manages to piss me off, I don't forget easily. Unless they can somehow sway my opinion back to neutral, there will always be a urge to get even.

Now, I think about it, but I never act on it.

Can't really stay mad at a person. I'm pretty forgiving. Heck i once got hit my a car and i was perfectly fine, didn't press charges or anything.

For something done on me I never seek revenge coz I know that they will get there come-uppence eventually :o)

But I did seek revenge on my sister's husband for cheating on her. I always defend the underdog!

I personally don't get revenge as much as I would like to but karma sometimes comes back on a few people.

The only revenge I've gotten is emailing some girl all the dirty secrets I knew about her ...making her really scared to say/do anything cruel the next few days and I once sent someone a nasty note which I knew would affect their day. What I usually do when I don't get my revenge is I'll imagine it. I'll plot about it in my head or I'll think about something bad happening to them. That will make me feel a bit better. I don't do it over really petty things but if it really affected my day then I feel quite restless.

I know its not right and in the end its just messing me up even more in the end but I'm not good at letting go of grudges. I just have to be honest with myself. I have gotten better though over the years but I still find it hard to let go of things.

I only took revenge a few times when I was a small kid, but never after that. I just can't be bothered with it.

I never take revenge. I don't really bear grudges. I used to as a kid and I was always ripping my sister's doll's head off. It was very satisfying until she started crying. The head always got sewn back on, though, and all I'd really done was make my sister cry.
