      I think that's normal. Unless it baking hot and you're really sweaty, or if you've been doing something mucky, then every other day is sensible.

          Yeah, there are some days where I just can't go without a shower. I try to make sure I smell clean most of the time, otherwise I get embarrassed.

    Who is showering twice a day? For the sake of the environment, please stop, except for when you feel it's really necessary. Also, you may be over cleansing your skin and drying it out.

      everyday. sometimes (if I have been doing strenuous/dirty activity) twice a day. but my showers are quite cool and limited to 10 mins. I only use 1 bottle of shower gel (also as shampoo) and I wear no product or makeup. please stop judging people who value cleanliness over caking yourself with makeup/ perfume etc. to appear clean.

      Well, back in the older days, people didn't take baths often, about every month I'm guessing, but I might be wrong, and well, if a person grows up in a poor family, then I guess showers would also be out of the question.

      Still, if a person is in a normal family and hasn't taken a shower, then that would be very concerning.

        Yeah but I doubt there is anyone still around from those times. It might just be my country though. Since my mother use to say if we didn't bath they could take us away for child abuse.

    It's really tough on your skin to shower every day, and even worse on your hair if you wash it every day.

    I guess it's different for guys, but unless I got sweaty I do once every 3 days, otherwise my skin gets really dry.

      Maybe u should try changing the type of soap u use. And ur hair need time with the natural oils to be healthy, wash it like every 3 ish

    Every other day. I don't start to smell again until two days after I've showered. My family acted like I'm the most disgusting human being who ever lived when I told them I don't shower every day, but I think it's pointless and unnecessary to shower if I don't smell. I don't wait until I'm drawing flies, I just wait until I have a slight body odor.
