I shower when my hair starts getting greasy. In between showers, I just clean my armpits and use deodorant.

I like to shower in the evening, before I go to bed.

In the summer, I shower daily with occasional exceptions. In the winter, I shower four times a week.

I'm actually surprised a lot of people only shower twice a week. I shower and shave daily. I think it would be gross for me not to because 1. I work in a medical lab and 2. I have sex everyday.

I usually shower before bed, when I do shower. During the summer or winter breaks, spring breaks, etc, etc, I stock up on junk food, order pizza, sit in my dorm, binge watch on netflix, and go 3, 4, sometimes 5, days without showering. It all depends on my interaction with people.

Nightly in summer, every other night in winter. My skin dries out if I do it every night in winter. I don't want to use lotion. There are so many cancer-causing agents in the average lotion and I don't want them anywhere near me. Natural alternatives such as coconut and jojoba oil leave me feeling greasy.

Many people may have more natural skin oils, so can shower every day, even in winter, and not be affected like that. Some people aren't that way. Their skin is just naturally drier.

And no, we don't stink just from skipping a day. Everyone is NOT the same as is evidenced from the poll. According to that, about 2/3 of people shower every day while 1/3 don't. Do 1/3 of the people around you stink? No. Everyone's different.

Cow shit isn't a nice smell, so I shower everyday.

depends on the season. In summer here it gets so hot that you feel like you need one every 5 minutes. But usually I restrict it to at most 3 a day. In the winter months I have one when I get up to wake up (need that one) and then sometimes before I go to bed depending on what sort of day I've had and whether I feel like I need one or not.

Honestly, I've been showering twice a day lately.

Once a day. Washing off all the sweat after excersising is relaxing.

Only showering twice a week is not normal! If I'm staying in the house I might skip a day but jeez. If I'm working or going somewhere I always shower and I honestly couldn't go more than two days without showering, it'd bug me.

it amazes me how nasty people are. i shower daily some times twice. and for those who say it can dry out your skin its called putting on lotion, which i do everyday too. ive showered daily since as long as i can remember. my mother taught me great hygiene :)

Every time i have sex. So... about 4 times a day.

I shower every other day. No option for that, so I picked the first one. :D

I shower whenever my hair looks greasy, and in between showers I just use baby wipes on my armpits and put on deodorant. Sometimes If I'm really lazy and I need/want to go somewhere but my hair is greasy, I put on and hide all my hair under a hat that I bought just for days like these. (which is easy because I have a short haircut) Back when I still had my hair long though, it would take like 2 weeks before it got greasy all the way through, and since I didn't wash it until then it means I didn't shower for 2 weeks.

Also, even if its hot out and I sweat, if it's not hair washing day yet, I just let it dry.

Yeah, personal hygiene has never really been at the top of my priority list. Maybe someday, but not anytime soon.

I shower like every two days.

Winter at least once a day when I wake up and if I have been working in the garden or so I take another.
Summer at least two coz I live in a very warm area by the beach.

Every day. I thought most people shower once a day? From this I assume not...Hmm. I always feel disgusting if I am not washed every day, but I guess it's normal not to wash every day.

I work outside all day so about 12-14hrs is my limit!

Showering whenever I please is such a new experience for me, I probably overdo it a bit.
Water conservation has become so ingrained in my psyche that the guilt I feel when I take a shower "just because I want one", is almost overpowering. Almost.
So, in answer to this post, at least once a day, and sometimes more! Ah, thank you, my beloved watermaker, thank you.
