How often do you shower?

Because my hair is very thick, I shower once every two days in order to prevent my hair from becoming too dehydrated.

Multiple times a day 18

    I shower every night. I'd be disturbed by skipping, and especially by tracking the dirt of the day into my clean bed.

    I love to Shower. I shower when I can. I usually am not going anywhere like I would like to, so I shower at night. This reminds me that I need to go walking just like the other post. I need to go walking right now. I cannot wait.

    Mostly once a day but every once in a while I'll skip a day on the weekend if i didn't really do anything/get sweaty.

    I usually shower when I need to wash my hair (every other day) because I don't sweat a ton in normal conditions
    When I do sweat, boy howdy, I'll take like 3 showers a day

    Before I started to properly work out I showered twice a week or something. Now I need to do it after every workout.

        I`ve had a gym membership for like Three years! But Before I never pushed myself hard enough. I Went there with a "friend" and we hung out there more than we did actual exercise.

        This person then told me that they werent motivated by working out with me soo I decided to give them the finger by pushing myself so hard that I made great improvements. I also aim to get a Husky in the future and need to be able to jog and run for at least an hour to exercise it properly.

    Twice daily and on rare occasions only one shower. But I live in a tropical island and we have the sun all year round.

    I was born in England but lived in Canada since the early 50's and at that time bath night was once a week. It wasn't until I left home and joined the military that I found that bathing or showering every day was the norm.

    I shower once a day. I work in the Market department at Target and that usually means getting sweaty pushing and lifting stuff.

    i would say twice a week, even now i'm fairly smelly but i'm putting it off until tomorrow cus i couldn't be bothered hopping in the shower.
