How old do they look?

I'd say mid 50-ish... I'm racking my brains here, I'm sure I've seen her before!
TLDR: I think they're in their fifties, but it's possible they're a little older than that.
It looks like either some sort of digital filter has been used on that photo or it's a traditional film photograph taken with a mesh filter (the cheapo version of that used to be neutral-coloured nylon hosiery fabric stretch tight on some sort of frame or filter ring). Both smooth out skin imperfections, and make the subject look more youthful.
But on the other hand, the high contrast of the photo and very directional lighting from the side emphasises the creases, particularly on the forehead. How people's skin ages differs quite a bit due to a range of factors, and some people develop wrinkles and creases at an earlier age than most. However, I think most people don't develop those noticeable horizontal forehead creases and vertical creases between their eyebrows until they're in their fifties.
I find the hair a little suspicious too. The photo isn't great for seeing what exactly is going on with it, but it looks a little too perfectly glossy black. That suggests its either dyed or a wig, both of which would suggest that the person is trying to look younger, which suggests in turn that they're not a spring chicken.
Guessing the age of woman who are older than about 10 or 12 can be very difficult - and you can be off by decades...
Let me have a long conversation with them and I can be closer based on what they talk about and how they talk.
People always remember their 1st major main event in their life. I remember where I was when President John F Kennedy was assassinated, My younger sister remembers the moon landing (as do I). So its easier to guess the age of a person once you tag what's their 1st key memory of a major event.
Maybe 35? I’m not the best at telling people’s ages mind you.
After looking closer I’m going to change my answer to 45.
