How old is “normal age” for a retirement?

I’m only 31 right now, but I’m just asking you personally, if you had to predict what age you were going to retire for good? How old do you think you would be?!

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

As a career, or from source of making money, if you have enough money in 21 you can retire in even 21. Retirement doesn't mean resign and sleep eat and do nothing.
They you can attend your self other things you like, or something you have a passion about. It's actually doesn't matter. Unfortunately it's very hard to do because system is created in a certain way that majority of people can't do that. Because corporate world require man power. And to continue to receive it, 80% of jobs just pays for current need and take years to make your self a retirement fund.

Most people start their career in their 30s not a good time to retire during your 30s..
maybe 60+ depends on your career and health

As soon as you can afford to live on fixed income.

Ideally asap. Just depends on how smart you are with a pinch of luck. So usually around 60 people can afford it.

65 seems to be the norm these days, but for me - no idea. I guess that age will be higher by the time I'm 65, so I guess 70~75.. though I don't really see any reason to stop working unless I actually feel like it

I’d like to be fully retired or just working some little job to occupy my time by 55.

65 normally. Technically you can withdraw your retirement at any age but if you do the goverment will take a sizable cut of it in taxes.

I'm saving for my retirement and I'm 23. The power of investments over time.
