How the fuck do you americans know where cardinal points are?

Cardinal points are just a geography concept for me, but Americans know how to say something is to the east, to the west, to the south, to the north, northeast, southwest and all that shit! HOW???

Another foreigner question: how the fuck do you remember stuff that happened "in the spring", "in the winter", "in the summer", "in the fall"????

I can only speak left, right, front, back, and months of the year. I feel I'm behind y'all.

North Americans, did you even know we (some of us) don't know what you mean when you mention a season (which changes with the hemispheres, remember that?) or a direction???

Thank you very much.

P.S.
What other nationalities know these concepts?

I think most western countries know this stuff, althoigh when asking for direction we usually say left-right-etc. But knowing when something is north-south-etc is also useful

The OP thoroughly disproves the adage that there's no such thing as a stupid question.

        Except the OP is Hans.

Remember that in the Northern hemisphere, we have the northern star. Down under the equator, they have to take 4 lengths of the Southern Cross, turn right and go half a length to find south.

It’s messy. Hans should just buy a GPS.

Internet searching provides lots of information... for those who do not have good sense of directions and locations.

People who are avid drivers know this well. I am American and I not sure how you figure out whats north.

Shadows from the sun and moon give a good clue as to direction. You do have to adjust as to where in the sky the sun and moon are... but, that's quite easy.

No one explains that though. Its not like school teaches it.

My grade-school did. We even built a sundial and was told that if our parents permitted for us local to the school to visit it at night with our parents or an older sibling when there was a bright moon and look at the moon shadow it cast.

I've lived on four continents and have no idea what you are talking about. I've lived close to the equator and even they understood the seasons very well.

You mean the wet season and the dry season?

I must compliment you on your use of English in your query.

It's not the most articulate OP I've ever seen on this site, but it's impressive because your lack of understanding of fundamental concepts strongly suggests that your age hasn't yet reached double digits.
