How to become taller

I know this isn't the perfect place to ask this question. I know a 13 year old girl who really wants to become tall. Like 6 feet tall. Her height kind of stopped at 5'5. She hasn't been growing tall for the past year or so. So can anyone tell me how to become taller? Is there any exercise she can do? Or what diet should she follow? Please help

If you do certain exercises and eat a well balanced diet for bone growth - during your growing phases in life - you can grow taller than you would without those things (by an inch or so).

Now way that you are naturally going to grow an extra 7 inches as your genetics determine your height range (and diet and certain exercises determine where you will be in that range).

Certain hormones also can affect growth during specific years (and most people born with dwarfism can grow to normal size if they get the right hormones at the right times in their lives).

Chances are that your friend is past the age where those things would work. They are usually done between the ages of 5 and 15, and the earlier you start the better the results. Starting these treatments above age 11 or 12 is normally too late to do much.

I do know of one young lady who lost both lower legs in an accident; and had her replacement legs made longer by several inches. I doubt that's a good option for your friend.

Get a mushroom and you'll be as big as Mario.

I don't know of any means by which a person might grow taller, but it certainly can't hurt for her to eat healthy, and exercise.

Injecting growth hormones before you finish puberty will do it.
