    It's exactly like OCD but the letters are in alphabetical order, like they are supposed to be.

There are options like behavioral therapy and drugs. What course of action did your doctor recommend when you were diagnosed?

  I never seek doctor help yet. I do know I have an OCD though. I am not knowledgeable about consulting a doctor in my life. Can you tell me where should I started?
