Isolated fat removal is a myth. You can not lose fat from just your belly. If you lose fat you lose it all over your body. There is only one true way to lose fat. That is to intake less calories than you expend. That is the base of every diet.
You can create a caloric deficit two ways; you can eat less calories or exercise more or both.
If you exercise, know that strength training is the most efficient way to create a caloric deficit. By creating more muscle you raise your basal metabolic rate. That is, you increase the the amount of calories your body requires to maintain itself, thereby increasing your caloric deficit even while at rest.
with regard to food. Try to avoid eating white foods. White in food is indicative low nutrient density. Also, try not to eat carbs without protein. Carbs are digested quickly and are therefore no good at stifling off hunger. Protein is slow to digest and is therefore good at staving off hunger but can, in large amounts, cause constipation or other digestive issues. Carbs and proteins moderate each other.

Walk, jog and run a lot. Jogging would be great for cardiovascular fitness, which will make you slimmer overall and burn off some fat.
Add in some sit-ups or jackknives so that you can strengthen the muscles in your stomach.
"Abs are made in the kitchen" basically, eat right, dont eat shit. Throw in some ab work outs few times a week. Cardio wouldnt hurt. But its all about your diet.
