How to move furniture on sliders over the *saddle* in the doorway?

Any idea on how I can easily move a heavy dresser on slider pads over the saddle bump in the doorway? about 1" drop.

    They make arm slings that really help to lift stuff if you have sufficient strength. Otherwise buy a big friend a 12 pack.

    the door threshold you mean?

    use a lever to lift that side whilst someone pushes it across the rise

    or put down wedges to make a ramp
