How visible are you inside a room with blinds from the outside

Way too many variables to say anything definite based on the information in your OP.

I suggest you close the blinds and check what you can see outside through them. If there are gaps between the slats when they're closed and it's possible for someone to get right up to the window outside, get close to the window inside at various levels and check how much you can see through the gaps. Most blinds can be rotated so they either point down from the perspective of the inside of the room or point up. If your blinds can do that, try both positions and see if it makes a difference.

If you're seriously concerned about someone getting right up to the window outside at night, you might consider getting an outside solar powered light with a motion detector, and mounting it on the wall so it points towards the window. Most peepers really don't like being in the literal spotlight, and just the presence of the light on the wall will deter most creeps. The lights aren't expensive these days, and installing them usually just involves a screw or two.

Judging from the voyeur vids that exist on porn sites, they can see a LOT from outside through blinds. Better keep them fully closed.

Is it dark outside? Is the light on inside? How far are you from the window? How far is the observer from the window? How wide are gaps between the blinds? Most importantly, are you a woman who just got out of the shower? These are the variables you have to factor in.

Just be smart, and close the blinds at night.
