Hr did not help me with resolving my coworker problem

So I have a very entitled coworker who is in thier 60s. They been extorting sex, snacks and money from customers and myself. I told HR and they said they didnt know how to advise me on the issue but would take a report. I have recently been avoiding this coworker but not sure what to do if I run into them again. I applied to a few other jobs and they have yet to call back. What should I do? Also yes I wrote another thread about it and tried contacting HR.

HR only works for the company protecting their interest. They'll be no help unless they open the company to a lawsuit.

did you have proof or did you just show up with accusations & innuendo?

    • There's no where to show up. HR is in another state. Also they literally started talking crap in front of other coworkers, and its on camera of them kicking me out for saying "No" to them. So there is evidence. My coworkers thinks I should kick thier ass. So there is evidence if they want to investigate.

Get the police involved. Extorting sex is rape or at very least forced prostitution

You exhausted all other options, it's time to go postal.
