How do I keep their fur nice and fluffy? How do I properly train her when it comes to barking?
How do I get her use to being around other dogs? (If I were to take her to the dog park)
By now I hope that you, OP, have deduced that this is not a good place to get advice on dog training.
I think you should get a good book specifically on the Pomeranian breed of dog. I also think you should go to the library and checkout as many books on dog training, and dog behavior as you can. Reading, and learning are your friends.
If you are super worried about barking it would perhaps be advisable that you search for a less vocal breed. Research, and read up on all the different dog breeds. Don't be one of those assholes who just gets a dog of a certain breed, because you think it's pretty, or looks cool, but it's temperament does not fit with you, or your lifestyle.
Poms need a lot of grooming, and lack of it will cause it to get mats. So proper grooming is a must. If you have enough money, I would recommend taking it to a groomer. But if you can't, I would recommend just looking up some Pomeranian grooming tips on google or YouTube. Pomeranians should not be shaved, since they have a special coat.. The same kind huskies have. If you shave their coat, it will never grow back the same.
For the barking at people..
If a dog learns that it is okay to bark at people, this can turn into a big problem. And a more difficult one to fix.
So it is very important to make sure you do not allow your dog to bark at a young age.
If your dog barks at someone, tell them "No" in a very firm voice.. And do not be afraid to raise your voice a bit.
I also highly recommend training him/her to not be dog reactive.
About the last question..
Just proper socialization shoukd1 do the trick. Once you are sure that your dog has had all his shots and you have the okay from your vet that you are able to take him/her in public.. Take him/her around with you in pet friendly places, like pet stores, parks, and other places that there are people and other dogs. No dog just turns aggressive on his own.

It barks, you squirt it with the hose. Will train its brain to combine barking with avoidance. Barking is addictive to dogs, it releases adrenaline which gets endorphins flowing, this causes feel good joy to the little shits and they will just keep barking... It drives us neighbors insane... I have herd people saying to ignore bad dog behavior, that is crap. You ignore your dog barking it will bark 24/7
A good alternative to the hose, for those who keep their dogs indoors, is an empty pop bottle half filled with stones or pennies. As soon as the dog barks you give a sharp shake of the bottle. The horrible noise scares them and shuts them up. You do it enough times and they just learn not to bark unless there's an actual reason to.
I agree that ignoring your dog barking incessantly is a bad idea. That's a recipe for a life time of loud yapping.
lmao the image of a barking little pom getting blasted away by the hose. poor dog but that is pretty funny. reminded me cat used to get sprayed by the dish sprayer through the kitchen window for trying to catch birds in the backyard (not by me, still funny tho cuz he never knew where the water came from)
I didn't know barking caused them adrenaline rushes. I guess it makes sense that "tainting" that joyful experience for them will tame their barking.
Dog whistles seem to shut them up also. It takes a little doing but it seems to work. I went out each morning for about a week and spent a little while blowing a whistle when they barked. I haven't heard anything for a while.
Yeah my neighbor basically would just let his dogs out real early and of course the noise...
Yes I know all about neighbors and annoying barking dogs. I think people just don't understand how loud it is.
As a test one day we measured the db of a very loud 150cc quad bike and 2 little yappy dogs, the dogs db was higher and the sound traveled just as far as the bike. Also in my old house I could not hear my neighbors ride on lawn mower if I was inside with my windows closed but I could clearly hear the dog, even with my tv turned up very loud.
Regardless of db, when something or someone is making noise maliciously or to be annoying, it is going to stand out more than normal stuff.
Well like, a lawn mower noise isn't going to bother as much as some asshole revving his engine just for fun.
Or the sound of birds won't annoy as bad as dogs barking.
Also, a constant noise like a fan, lawn mower, fridge, whatever - those will drown out, but a dogs barking will not.
Do not let them climb on surfaces. Those little shits will start to jump on tables and side tables. Yell at the dog. It's a general rule of mine not to pour love into these kinds of dogs because they will become solely attached to you and you only they will bark at anything that is not you.
Get a good supply of earplugs and some ankle protectors, and start drafting a polite letter of apology to your neighbours who will have to put up with the incessant yapping.
