I accidentally ingested bug killer. will i be ok?

Had a fruit fly infestation, sprayed bug killer. It did nothing - they all lived. I woke up later that night with a fruit fly sized stinging feeling at the back of my esophagus. I can only conclude that I have therefore ingested the bug killer with the bug. Will I be ok?

    If you did it’s a tiny amount that shouldn’t matter. The bugs are so small thats like not even a drop of spray.
