I always freak out about random things on my skin

Every time I see some random bump or spot on my skin that wasn't there before, I freak out. I always think it is cancer or some disease but they always go away. Nevertheless, I still freak when I see them.

    Sounds like some really bad paranoia. They’re probably just pimples or some other harmless blemish.
