I am felling sad for no reason, iin?

To give a contest I am usually in a happy mood, and a really positive person.

However sometimes (at least once a week) I fell a strong sad felling, and it also makes me fell physically weird.

I don't really know how to explain, is a felling like my inside was cold and empty.
And I always fell unable to motivate myself in that situation, even though nothing triggered me into felling like this.

It’s probably just existential dread kicking in, you can normally alleviate this by self love and self care, run a hot bath, listen to your favourite music, light some candles, meditate, take some time out and spoil yourself. That kind of thing. It’s normal and it passes.

I randomly get sad about once or twice a year for no reason, I go walking in the woods for a few days when that happens because I don't trust myself to be around people when I'm like that.

Honestly you could just be in a slump. I mean you cant be happy all the time. Since happiness is a slight incline. Any dip is gonna feel depressing when all in all you are still happy.

Have you zeroed in on why it feels off? Did a expectation not pay out? Was someone mean to you. Literally anything can be a cause for a souring of the mood.

    • I thought about that too, what makes me worrie is that this felling keeps following me for over an year now.
But what you said makes a lot of sense.

It only follows you if you notice it does. We all have a shadow but not noticing it does wonders.
