I am scared of water worlds

I have a debilitating Phobia of drowning or being eaten by aliens on a water world.

every time I look at pictures of the ocean underwater or a documentary on water worlds or on the moon titan or Europa or look at a picture of a gas giant like Jupiter or Saturn; I start worrying that I'll pop away and find my self falling into a water world where I'll drown or be eaten alive by giant alien fish. or drowning in the gas oceans of Jupiter or Saturn and dying without anyone never finding my body.

I am also scared of earth being hit by a giant ball of interstellar water which will drown everything.

strangely I find the idea of dying on Mars peaceful.

I'm not hydrophobic and I'm good at swimming, but I'm scared of large water bodies.

    'I'm scared of large water bodies'. Then perhaps you should only date skinny girls.

      It's an actual phobia, I can't even bathe with my eyes closed, due to the irrational fear, that I may somehow be magically transported into the middle of the ocean and Die!

        I guess you and I will never meet.
        At this moment I'm sitting at my chart table, on a boat, anchored in about 30 feet of water, in a Caribbean island bay.

    For some reason I whenever I have a dream about water, it turns out to be a nightmare. The water always comes to life and tries to drown me. But this post seems a little irrational /:

    I am also scared of whales, but not dolphins.
