I have felt unwell for a week and I never get sick nowadays.
My throat has been sore and very runny nose clear mucus. I cant see a doctor because I have no fever and I dont have strepthroat as I can swallow food and all as usual so its not extreme. At night though I cant sleep because I cant breathe when I lie down my nose feels swollen I guess its my sinuses and tonight it was the worst its been.
I couldnt even breathe through my mouth instead because then my throat felt swollen and it was still tricky and I almost panicked I got up sat in the short sofa in my bedroom until 4 am and I was exhausted then finally took my blanket and decided to sleep in the sofa where I can have my head elevated more and finally I could breathe through my nose!!!Its very odd because I had my head elevated in my bed not as much and it did nothing but suddenly sofa saved me...
Its strange my throat is better today almost no pain but instead I am very hoarse can barely talk which makes no sense.
My nose is still big issue constantly runny and when I blow my nose it ends up feeling so dry and swollen instead... Bought otc allergy pills yesterday and took one it had no effect so it doesnt seem ive gotten pollen allergic which was my moms suspicion.
I hope its not covid :C
My sinuses keep feeling itchy like im about to sneeze which I do sometimes but not nearly as almost constant as my sinuses are itchy.
My ears feel swollen too sometimes thy ring a little.
It in general feels a lot like sinusitis which ive had in the past several times except I oddly have no pain in my sinuses or even a regular headache. Its the strangest way ive been sick ever because I feel like absolute shit but my symptoms are what most would consider mild and no fever either. I might try to take a test for covid today or tomorrow :C Im not sure if my symptoms are in line with covid and I havent met anyone new so its strange if it is

    I got covid recently. My whole household had it. And had the same symptoms. On the first day started feeling very "weak and fragile" and muscles ached, then at night I had the worst headache ever and aching legs, like my thighs (my mum had this too) and my sister went to bed realllly early saying she doesn't feel well. And I had a fever and runny nose, cough. And then after that it was like a regular cold but my sinuses were in so much pain for days and I was drained of energy, and had a cough... Also, my sense of smell and taste were fucked up for ages and only just are going back to normal. Such as that a pot noodle smelt and tasted the same as a cup of coffee. And don't get me started on fruit teas; they had the WORST aftertaste even though I usually like that flavour of tea. But it put me off eating and drinking even though I was so hungry all the time. That was a couple weeks ago and I'm still recovering but other than that I feel better. And no I didn't get the vaccine. I tested negative like a week ago. The good thing is now we are immune to it. I wouldn't even say it was the worst illness I've had, I would compare it to a horrendous cold I had at the very beginning of 2020, when I had a headache for literal DAYS and went off food and drink entirely. I dont think covid was as bad as that.

    Were you injected with immune system destroying pharma garbage juice? If so it could be anything.
