Twice a day should be more than enough. Once in the morning and another if you are going on a date or seeing your gf or bf in the evening.
I put on lotion when I am done.
Also I don't feel dry or itchy when ever I finish if anything when I feel itchy if I don't shower often.
It's still a waste of water and time. Also, most lotions aren't going to replace all the healthy things the soap and scrubbing strips out of your skin.
I take about ten minutes each time and at current times.
Mainly if I come back from somewhere.
How do you have time to get dirty. Just a guess, but you probably arent actually dirty at all. It isnt healthy, mentally or physically. Not to mention the obvious waste of water and soap, or whatever bath products.
First world problem.
That's very obsessive and I'm sure you don't smell weird so you're also delusional: I suggest some therapy before you wash yourself away and vanish down the plughole.
Seriously though, how can you justify wasting that much water, energy to heat it, soap and time? It's definitely not normal
Obsessive-compulsive.
Also, putting synthetic gunk on your skin to replace the natural oils you strip off ten times a day isn't healthy, no matter how much you spend on the crap.
You’re an imbecile. Not much else to be said. Enjoy your flaky ass skin.
Humans have been around a long time without monthly let alone daily baths. We build up oils on our skin that we need and this much bathing will disrupt that
You have OCD. I have it too. I don't 🛀 excessively anymore, but I know the signs. I used to do this when I was eleven years old. I still have it, but the symptoms have changed a bit. Not normal,my friend.
It really doesn't seem like that much of a waste.
My schedule isnt that complicated to add ten showers that only last ten minutes into it.
I am in sales(mainly self employed this gives me plenty of free time)something my father got me into so trust me I work very hard.
I deal with friends and family(when I am able) and I am very active in my community(agian if I am able)
With these things and more I don't think I am taking much out of my time to feel clean because if I don't I literally feel as though I am coming apart.....
Sorry about the mini rant it's just I really don't see how being clean is a waste of time.
It's way TOO much, you need clean more than you already do coz that's just enough.
