    Go and get some gels or acrylics put on. You won't be biting those.

    There is this nail polish by Orly called No Bite. It's purposely made to have a horrible taste, so it makes you think twice before you bite again. I had it and it helped.

    I can't stop either. You can buy deterrent stuff to put on your hands but it didn't work for me.
