I brush my teeth during dawn and early nightfall & sleep around midnight
I know it's usual to do these three, the theme being times without the clock.
Every dawn and early nightfall I brush my teeth with a Sensadent toothbrush and with toothpaste, and loudly gargle my Plax or purple Listerine mouthwash and spit them out, and I sleep around midnight; it's a matter of looking at the sky and not spending much time at late night awake, it's not about the clock.
Time is both a duration and the exact measure of the position of the sky, in other words a when, not telling the time on your wristwatch!
And as I'm accustomed to this timing, it's not a measure of minutes, hours, calendars and seconds, but a measurement of the dark of dawn and night.
What's more, most people do this with the exception of the aforementioned sleeping, because when they wake up at 6 o'clock in the morning they brush their teeth at dawn and before bedtime, early or late nightfall before midnight.
They do it subconsciously, I'm the only one conscious of this.
Now we see the regular times of what basis I intend to place this on.
