I can see myself in 3rd person

So, I can do this thing where I can see myself in 3rd person. Its during present time and I can control it, make it walk around and such. I can see the image of me standing in front of myself and I can also see myself from the thing standing in front of me.

Example: I'm sitting in a chair and I can mentally clone myself to where I'm standing in front of myself that is still sitting. My clone form can walk around my sitting self.

I can do this at anytime of the day or night. I can control it, I can make it walk through doors, out of the house, sit-down,do jumping jacks, no matter where I am.

I just want to know if anyone else can do this, or if anyone knows what it is that I am doing.
