I can't dance

I cannot dance in a party. When I'm there my body does not move at all, it freezes! In my room I dance. What should I do? any tips ! its not about confidence or social problems and these thing... its just a weird unexplainable feeling and i just can't dance.

    Its normal to not be a good dancer, if you can't maybe choose one that is simple and easy.
