I'm a really bad judge of character apparently, and I'm worried that the answer is that they're all my enemies.
It's a common thing in our society to not be able to tell between friends and enemies. Maybe just give it a little more time and observe the people around you more?
Don't chase them. Let them chase you. The constant ones are the true ones.
