I can't look at eyes of people while talking

I'm afraid and lost myself when eye contacts with people. Is it normal?

I prefer eye contact to no eye contact, but I don't like someone giving me a really intense gaze.

I’m bad at eye contact too, my trick is to look at the space between their eyes and eyebrows they feel like you’re making eye contact even though you’re not.

being uncomfortable with eye contact is a symptom to a lot of mental disorders, like autism or anxiety. this could easily just be you not liking eye contact, but it would be a lot safer if you told your doctor about it to see if there’s something else going on.

I love eye contact, I want to see the real person.

Not always but many times you can tell by looking in the eyes, a person's emotions. Masks have added to this. Watch the eyes, they're, happy, sad, mean, truthfully, every emotion shows.

  • I enjoy eye contact, but sometimes I need to look away to form sentences
