I can't quit heroin
It's very difficult to quit
I tried many many times before I simply get back
I'm not happy about what is happening
But I don't see my life without heroin
Basically I don't know what to do if I quit heroin
Help me ..
Well, you're not going to quit if you keep using the word "can't". Thousands upon thousands have people have quit heroin, why do you think you're so special?
If you're trying to do it alone without support of any kind you're not only setting yourself up for failure but giving yourself a good excuse to go back to it. Get yourself some expert help & support.

A support group will help you quit finding one might be hard depending on where you are but if you live in a city all you will have to do is find one via google search and go with it.
YOU CAN QUIT WITH HELP. The support group will give you something to do instead of doing drugs. Most of the good ones are free. All the good ones will not judge you for doing drugs as they have done one or more of them before thus why they are also in the support group.

See a professional about this. This is a serious issue and not something that can be fixed by talking to people on IIN, but you CAN get off of it. It may be difficult, but you can do it if you set your mind to it.
