I can't sleep when i should do

It's simple, now, at holidays in Argentina, I do just nothing in the day. I sleep from 8 to 12hs per day.

I've just noticed that I'm not able to sleep in any way, before I get past the 20hs up. (Around the 9:30a.m. I start feeling a bit tired).

I just want to know if it's normal, I'm flat but just play some games during the day on summer holidays.

Sorry for the English, it's the all I can do.

    Your english is better than some native speakers on here, don't worry. :)

    I won't say it's healthy, but it's normal, esp for folks like us that play video games a lot.

    Try dimming the lights during the night, and exercising during the day. I know it's hard, believe me, but you gotta tire yourself out with activity. If you don't it gets harder to sleep at night because all that energy has nowhere to go. Try starting small and building yourself up. A little bit can still make a difference.

      Thanks for your reply! I'll be trying that, maybe on February I'll start doing some excercise with a friend, I'm just 15 yo, it's boring for me doing anything that don't liked me before, haha.

      I'll try to sleep later and start doing something, just to check if there's some hope about sleeping.

    Try doing some exercise during the day. Walk or jog or play football or something, anything. That should make you sleep better at night.
