It makes me feel bad and gross but I can't stop doing it. My nose is always irritated and I sneeze a lot. But I don't feel blessed. I am never without something in there that has to come out. Is there a cure?
I do the same thing, having clean nostrils is one of the best things in life.
I have it worse than you. I have had two septoplasties in the past several years to correct deviated septum. The problem is still not fixed and now the doctors do not feel the risk is worth it to do more surgery. My right nostril basically scabs up nonstop throughout the day (you cannot see it from the outside, but it is not too far in) and it blocks airflow in that nostril. If i wear a Breathe Right Strip that sometimes helps a bit, but basically i am constantly picking out out these bloody scabby pieces mixed with a little mucus sometimes to keep my nose clean and the airflow open. It is awful.
But aside from that i also like to keep the regular mucus buildup well maintained, so i am always picking that as well and cleaning it out. My dad used to say i am digging for gold. I dont care anymore if its a bad habit, I want my damn nose clean and free of boogers and crusties !!!
I feel so understood and accepted. Thank you. We now have a deep bond and a special kinship. My hope in humanity has been somewhat restored.
It has been approximately one hour since I last picked my nose (left nostril). For me the worst thing is the sneezing because it's mind control. I can't ever sneeze without feeling brainwashed and mind controlled. Or maybe I'm just cursed.

Does anybody else have that problem with sneezing? The mind control?
