I don’t understand how long it takes some to write thank you notes

I was at a wedding this august, and they had us write our address and put the card in the envelope.

Like we did half the work, why is it taking them so long for them to finish. I don’t know why but it’s driving me crazy. Do people not put stuff aside to write cards anymore?

      I agree. The mere mention of the event in a text message is enough acknowledgement for me.
