      Most Christians assume that evil existing because a talking snake tricked a woman cloned from a guy's rib to eat some fruit is perfectly rational, but reincarnation is irrational bullshit. Most Buddhists believe the opposite.

      "Irrational" is a highly subjective idea.

    It may not be "normal" in the sense that it is popular(that combination), but it is normal. They both may be supernatural, but they are independent of each other. Your reasoning for believing or not believing in one is probably different from the reasons for believing or not believing in the other.

    Actually there is proof opposing the bible. The bible it self completely contradicts it self. One big reason behind the creation of religion may have been the peace of mind when facing death.

    Normal.
    From a purely theoretical point of view, afterlife could work without any deity. Maybe everybody goes to the same place (and some people stay, explaining ghosts). Maybe doing good or evil makes some metaphysical substance accumulate inside you, so that when you die, it pushes or pulls you to a specific place.

    You don't have to go all If Jesus, Then Aliens. It ok to believe one "strange" thing, and not the other.

    its no more sranger than religious men/women who dont believe in ghosts. I personally believe in both and had encounters with both. Both are mysterious forces whom no one can disprove or prove. I have felt both tho, and I can tell you both are very real
