I don't enjoy music anymore!

recently it's been a year that i don't enjoy anything related to music !
and even when i produce music i don't lsn to my own music
there is soo many people that lsn to my music
but me my self i don't even enjoy it at all
and maybe i spend a year on 3 or 4 songs
even though when it's released i don't lsn to it
even when someone show me something he/she see it interesting i don't have any intention to know what is it

    You have to find a reason to enjoy it. If not it's ok, you don't have to like music... Like at all. It's literally just noise and voices. I know it's a popular opinion to think so but you really don't have to. Nothing in this world should convince you to do so.

    Take a break from it maybe?

    Try to listen to songs you actually enjoy besides your own?

    Maybe your just too stressed out over music
