I don't have a skincare routine
When I say I don't have a skincare routine, I mean anything other than washing off in the shower. Even then, I usually just use a bar of soap (some natural type that is very mild) whenever I've sweated or gotten dirty and just warm water the rest of the time. I have sensitive skin that seems to go from oily to dry very easily, and warm water seems to be the perfect balance for it unless I'm excessively sweaty or dirty. Most soaps dry my skin out and excessive use of them on my face seems to cause more issues than it solves. I don't wear makeup either, so don't have to use anything to remove it.
I also don't moisturize or exfoliate or anything like that. I don't even know the first thing about it. Since my skin is naturally on the oily side, would it be necessary?
I'm also a woman in my mid-late 20's.
Is it normal that I have no skincare routine outside of the bare basics, and is it necessary? I don't have any skin issues and get compliments on my complexion, and the last thing I was told about my skin was that it is very healthy, but it seems that most people have more of a routine when it comes to skincare regardless of the condition of their skin, and I'm wondering if I'm missing something I should be doing.
