I don't know when to stop playing another round /game

and I end up sleeping late or no rest knowing it's just at my fingertips. I need help. How do I control myself?

    It's easier to get a parent or anyone in control to do it. It can be really hard to stop on your own.

      Set a timer or reminder to get up and do something else. Then you can stop yourself from restarting
