I don't know where i am going with this

A started working at a casino a month ago and I thinking back to a week into my job and my coworker kissed me. When he did this when he was showing me something at work and he lied and said the manager forced him to do it. It's impossible and a lie. I thought about waiting until my probation is over before complaining to my boss about sexually harassment. The same guy who kissed me pinned me against the wall on my first day of work and said it's because I'm a sercuity guard and it's training purposes. He still seems to like me but on Facebook it said he is engaged to a different woman, so I don't know how I should feel. Since I'm on probation I'll wait until my boss legally can't fired me before I tell him that a worker sexually harassed me

Start applying for other jobs, this guy is bad news. Also scumbags don’t care if they’re engaged, you’re not the first woman he’s cheated with and won’t be the last (to be clear as it was non-consenting the blame rests entirely on his shoulders).

So there was no extra context to the wall pinning? The Dude literally just grabbed you and said "im security"? If thats the story then that is very creepy. I dont know him but it sounds like he puts off rapey vibes.

further proof that people who claim to be asexual but still in relationships and enjoy things such as "kissing" aren't asexual. Since kissing someone without their consent is called "SEXUAL harassment." Not "romantic" harassment.

I'd report him immediately. If they fire you without a proper investigation and response then sue that they allow sexual harassment in their workplace.

I cannot think of any major employer who is not going to jump on this fast... They have already lost such lawsuits in the past, or know that their competitors lost them.
