I don't like being touched by a family member

My family is coming from across the world to live in the US. I haven't seen any of them in 7-8 ish years so of course I got excited. My uncle (One that I haven't seen in 7-8 years) Hugged me, and I didn't think anything of it. I'm just not a huge family hugger. Later that night while my dad was sitting between us and every one was catching up my uncle reached over and said "Wow! you're so big and tall now, the last time I saw you, you were bla bla bla" And started to rub my back (he reached over and with two of his hands rubbed my back, one at my lower back and one in the middle) I felt sick t my something and it didn't feel right, he stopped and went back to the convo with my dad and everyone else. He gave me a weird smile from time to time. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND HE'S 60 AND I'M MUCH MUCH YOUNGER.
While we ate on the floor (feast, every one in a circle) He took off his sweatshirt and looked at me, he was wearing a tank yop) I don't know if I'm acting up, he's going to live near us for a while. PLEASE GIVE ADVICE!!!

    It could be nothing and he just a friendly touchy guy but it also could be something just because their family doesnt mean you have to put up with something your uncomfortable with. If you dont want him to touch him then say something and stand your ground its your right.

    It could be normal and harmless but could be more but the important part is,it makes you feel uncomfortable,speak to your dad or mum about it

    Can get annoying, but, no big deal. I'm a bit touchy-feely with my hot older sister, but, we're used to it together. Enjoy it, in fact. I'll massage her shoulders, go inside her shirt, do her low back, feet, etc..We're fine with it.

    That said, and, not family, but..guy who goes to sports bar I go to, is a touchy-feely guy, with both the girls (who hate it and shy away) and, if you're talking to him, you. I don't like it from a guy. One of the girls, who I'm good friends with, has told me "keep him away from me..you touching me is ok..HIM, no..".

    You're probably overreacting a bit with the whole sexual thing. He's probably one of those people that's hands on and touchy feely(I can't stand those types. btw) The next time you see him just tell him you don't like hugs or touches.

    First tell your uncle that you're uncomfortable. If he's not a creep, he'll back off. If not, tell your parents or the police.
