I don't like illegal immigrant and i'm an immigrant.

My family legally moved to America roughly ten years ago. We came from a third world country. We waited for a long time but we finally got the chance to move to this awesome country. I see so many people nowadays supporting illegal immigration and I personally can't believe this. I'm sorry, but in no way do I support illegal immigration. In fact, I despise it, and I think it's extremely unfair to all the legal immigrants that currently live (or want to live) in America. I get the fact that people have struggles. My family was poor when we lived in our homeland. I totally get it, I do. What I don't get is how illegal immigrants can (often times) just frolic across the border and then get amnesty just because they have dreams. Everyone has dreams. There's a legal way to achieve these dreams. You chose the illegal way, and I have no sympathy for you. Many Latinos (American citizens and otherwise) think it's unfair that we have laws that protect our borders. Do you realize how absolutely idiotic that sounds? Every country has borders for a reason. They are there to prevent random people from walking in and deciding that they want to live in the country. Laws exist to benefit society (in the most part). They exist to keep control. Every freaking country has borders. Mexico has a border issue with Cuba. You get it. You're not willing to open your southern border up to everybody so why should we? It's stupid that people like me who want to immigrate here legally have to wait years to get here and have to fill out tons of papers but if a Latin American (Latin Americans make up the large majority of illegal immigrants) walks in, they get amnesty. They don't have to wait. They just have to be Latino and tell everyone how sad their life is in Mexico or Cuba. That pisses me off, frankly. My life wasn't a tea party either, but we decided to get to this country the right way. Real citizens uphold justice. I'm not a racist, I don't hate Latinos. Any legal Latino immigrant is awesome, love you, you're an American. I just don't like illegal immigrants, Latino or otherwise. Life sucks but that doesn't excuse you from breaking the law. I might have a dream of robbing a bank, does that mean it's legal for me to do so? No. There's no excuse. Unless you're a legitimate refugee, if you are an illegal, I do not agree with your lifestyle. Mind you, I hate the "sin" not the "sinner". It's just not fair to the rest of us. Who else agrees? I think more legal immigrants need to speak out against illegal immigration. I'm trying to do my part to show that even if I had a sob story, it doesn't mean I get an excuse to go into any country illegally. Just an FYI, I'm not one of those people that go around stating "illegals take our jobs" and I'm not pulling a Donald Trump here. I think illegal immigrants are (usually) good people making bad decisions in terms of how they get into a country.

If they allow illegal immigration they might as well allow Anybody who has less than you to live in your house and use your car.....idiotic thinking. Usually very wealthy idiots that never had to work or live near pockets of impoverished illegals are the ones that advocate for "open borders" . It's just human stupidity at play....YOU ARE NORMAL..

Illegal immigrants are the scum of the earth and anyone who side with them doesnt understand the hardship that immigrants faced having to actually go through the process rather than cheating the system amd then getting babied by a bunch of PC liberals who are too afraid to inforce their laws because they dont want to seem racist.

Yes anyone who followed the law should angry about those who don't. But I wonder if this letter states a real case.
There are currently only three ways to legally get a "green card".
    1. Be a spouse or child under 18 of one who has legal status.
    2. Be a political refugee in mortal danger.
    3. Have an American company qualify a full time job so that they are unable to find any currently legal candidates. Then they can post bond to guarantee salary for a foreign candidate and bring them in to work-- they get a green card, and can start a process for method 1, above.

    That's it.

There seems to be some general belief that there are some kinds of forms where you can apply to emmigrate to the U.S. I would like to be corrected on this, with the form nos., etc., but I don't believe there are any forms where you can just "apply to go to America". That's why I question the letter.

Now what you DO see some of is a Student goes to school in the U.S. on "student visa" and they may eventually get legal status by marrying a legal resident, (see item 1 above) or they get a job certified for them to go into as they finish school (for example a physician or scientist). That would be a variation on item 3.
