I dont watch tv

There is never really anything good on. Personally, I prefer to read. Reading a good book is like watching a tv show that you decide the run time, and it doesn't have commercials.

it's normal but you should watch a t.v bit and should switch from you p.c or laptop for a while :)

ours is only connected to a dvd player and a gaming console.

if there's a tv show we want to watch we get the DVDs and watch them on our own schedule

I went without TV for two to three years. When I did finally watch it again, I couldn't believe how dreadful it was. There are shows which constantly tell you what's about to happen and then sum up what has already happened.

I always think, "I know what has happened. I was watching. And the reason I'm watching is because I want to know what is going to happen. But you have just told me what'll happen before it happens".

And we wonder why people have attention deficit disorders.

I watch less than four hours a week. I have a DVD player but no cable or satellite. I can't sit down long enough to care about a TV show most days, since I have school and a job and what not. And then I turn on the TV one day and actually sit down and watch something and oh my God it's all sex and perversion. And distasteful jokes. They aren't even bothering with creativity anymore. Eff that. The internet is quicker for news and stuff.

It's a very good thing! I don't watch much tv either; only NBA and baseball.

It may not be normal yet, but I'm sure it will become more and more normal. As far as I'm concerned they pretty much killed TV when they switched off analog. I don't watch enough TV to justify paying for cable, and the digital signal in my area is basically unwatchable. So the internet as where it's at.

That is not normal as in common. Most people watch television. That is not to say that it is a bad thing. Quite the contrary in my opinion.
