I dread going to sleep

Is this NORMAL???

In the afternoon I start thinking about another night alone in bed and not wanting to sleep. When that night comes.. Im relaxed and alright watching TV until it becomes later and later... When i feel real tired and i want to sleep.. i turn the tv off and just lie there.. and its just so boring and so much is going on in my mind + songs and i just want to fall asleep! I DONT have Insomnia because I sleep FINE when my girlfriend is next to me. But when i work away from home im on my own and i just cant sleep. Please.. I just want to know if other people cant sleep or are in the same boat as me!

Thankyou

Maybe you cannot sleep because usually you'll blow-a-load in your chick releasing those happy sleep chemicals?

Try drinking a glass of milk.

Probably because that's the only time you're not distracting yourself from your isolation. You could try not watching so much TV and take a moment to be alone with your thoughts during the day. When you go to sleep it might not be such a shock anymore. Who knows, maybe you'll even learn to appreciate those moments of solitude.
This world has become so incredibly loud we're no longer used to silence.
