Not at all. Your idea is so unbelievably stupid. The nuclear family has been disintegrating in many instances modern day, and appears, quite clearly, to produce fucktards.

The Nuclear Family existed as a concept in various cultures around the world of many races and colors. But, not all cultures.
It has never worked in isolation, as it has always (and in every culture) taken a village to raise children. Neighbors, seniors, friends, relatives, all played a part - in every culture.
The core concept has benefits if most of the community also recognizes it as the preferred method. Portions of the concept about parental control and permissions are recognized in all cultures in the world as best as I've ever been able to determine - even the ones that essentially use a village approach.
There's no evidence that it worked any better or worse than the primary village approach. It's just a different focus on where various responsibilities belong, and certain things are primarily the responsibilities of the parents in all cultures.
Note: it is called the "Nuclear Family" in most European/North America cultures. There are other names for it in other cultures. Please focus on what it is - and not the name.
