I feel tingling along my forehead, whenever i masturbate. is it normal?

I feel tingling along the top of my forehead from one temple to the other, whenever I masturbate. I am a 20 year old male.

I can't exactly say that it's "tingling", I feels as if my hair is standing up, just like you feel when you get chills.
