Med head here again. Suicidal urge. Sure I'm attention seeking. I just need to reach out to someone... anyone... my life feels meaningless and I'm alone in a foreign country and with nobody to love.
I'm lonely and I want to know you're here. Bloody stupid alcohol messing with my meds. That's a mistake I'll never make again.

    Life can be really hard sometimes. But dont think that is meaningless. 3 months ago i tried to kill myself. I was in a hospital for 5 days and i am seeing a psychatrist since then. I am so happy that i didnt make it. When you are depressed your whole point of view gets shifted, nothing seems beautifull nothing seems worth. But trust me it is. I imagine what would have been if i did it. My mom would probably loose her mind, and so would the rest of the family and my friends, i would never go for a walk on a sunny day, i would never hear a new song, walk my dog, eat delicious food, see new places etc. All of that is worth. And the key is to be happy because of small things. Dont take life too seriously, if you look deeper into it, nothing really makes sense and nothing is real. So actually you can do anything. And the world will be a beautifull place from the moment you change your way of thinking. But thats a proces, a very long. It allways feels like xoure going one step foreward and two steps backwards. But you will make it. I am just trying to help to you because i know how you feel. And its a never ending battle, you feel good for a few days and you think its going to stay like that but then that empty shitty feeling comes back. But it will dissapear, you just have to keep trying. And dont mix your meds with alcohol that shit will fuck you up completley.

    Just be like the guy who was going to kill himself, flew to Mexico and did coke and hookers until he didn’t want to kill himself anymore.

    Hon, most probably no sympathy is going to help you break out of that mental jail. Been there, rationality seems stupid and vain. But maybe it might help you to know these people commenting, want you to live. Your life matters to them and me, even if it doesn't to anyone aound ya. Just know that we're here for ya. We're not like those people who left you alone.
