I feel worse about my body now i’m healthier
I was never fat but I’ve recently started working out after breaking up with my ex boyfriend who would mock and belittle me for being physically weak.
I am now much fitter, stronger and have a lower body fat percentage but I feel much worse about my body and I’m constantly noticing things wrong with it.
I used to be completely happy with my body and felt very confident but now I feel like I’m fat and unattractive.
I try to stick to a diet of 1250 calories but sometimes I binge on chocolate and then I hate myself and have even considered throwing it back up afterwards though I haven’t done that yet.
